Most deaths from this cancer could be prevented if women are tested to detect or find cancer early.

* Smoking. Women with HPV infection and smoking are at increased risk of cancer.

* Use of contraceptives for a long time. Users of oral contraceptives for five years or more and who also have HPV have a higher risk of cancer.

* Number of children.

Definition of Cervical Cancer
The cervix is part of a woman’s reproductive system and is located in the lower part of the uterus.
