soluble vitamins

What are soluble vitamins?

Are those vitamins that are carried on the body by water. Belong to this group vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, pantothenic acid and biotin.

In this group are the vitamins B (B1 or thiamine, B2 or riboflavin, pyridoxine or B6, B12 or cyanocobalamin), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), folic acid and niacin.

They should be made regularly in the diet since they are not stored in the body, except vitamin B12 which makes it so important in the liver.

Its excess is excreted through urine, so you do not have any toxic effects if intake was too high.
